webinar, an educational audiologist and an SLP will discuss using transition
resources and collaboration to educate and empower children who are deaf or
hard of hearing and their families to build positive educational, social, and
post-secondary outcomes. The webinar will address central questions such as:
How do I expand the child’s support system to build successful transitions?
What ages are important for transition success? What tools are available to
ensure successful transitions throughout the childhood/adolescence life
